Insulation Across the Northern Twin Cities
The northern metro edge along Interstate 94 and Highway 10.
Insulation Across the Northern Twin Cities
The northern edge of the metro is a normal part of our service pattern, not the far end of it. We work south and east along Interstate 94 and Highway 10 through Sherburne, Wright, Anoka and northern Hennepin counties, from Elk River and Monticello across to Rogers and down into Anoka.
Three kinds of work dominate here. Newer subdivision housing where the attic depth is adequate but the ceiling was never air-sealed. Larger homes on the Interstate 94 corridor with uneven upstairs floors, bonus rooms and vaulted spaces. And the warehouse and distribution corridor around Rogers, where metal roof decks and panel walls are the whole job.
Anoka is the exception to all of it, with the oldest housing stock we work on and the most careful sequencing, including assessing old wiring before anything is covered.

Common Questions
Are the northern suburbs really in your service area?
Yes. We work south and east along Interstate 94 and Highway 10 through Sherburne, Wright, Anoka and northern Hennepin counties, from Elk River and Monticello across to Rogers and down into Anoka. It is a normal part of our pattern, not the far edge of it.
Our house is only fifteen years old. Is there anything to do?
Often yes. Newer subdivision housing around here usually has acceptable attic depth over a ceiling that was never air-sealed, which is exactly what produces an upstairs that runs several degrees off the thermostat.
Do you do commercial work in the Rogers warehouse corridor?
Yes, and it is the core of our commercial work on this side. Metal roof decks, panel and tilt-up walls, loading areas and office build-outs inside a larger shell.
Do you only take this work before winter?
No. Our crews are out here year-round. Most of what people notice in a northern-metro house is a summer complaint as much as a winter one, an upstairs the air conditioner cannot hold, and air sealing fixes that in the same visit as the heating-season side.
