Serving Central Minnesota, Eastern Minnesota and the Northern Twin Cities
Residential and commercial insulation from the St Cloud metro to the northern edge of the Twin Cities.
Our Service Area
Our market is wide, and it is easier to describe by region than by city. Each region below opens onto the communities inside it, with a page describing the buildings and the work we actually do there.
Central Minnesota
The core of our work. The St Cloud metro, the Highway 10 corridor and the Brainerd lakes area, covering Stearns, Benton, Morrison, Crow Wing and Sherburne counties.
Eastern Minnesota
East along Highways 23 and 65 through Mille Lacs, Kanabec, Isanti and Chisago counties. Lake property, hobby farms and the commuter towns growing out of the metro.
Northern Twin Cities
The northern metro edge along Interstate 94 and Highway 10, through Sherburne, Wright, Anoka and northern Hennepin counties. Subdivisions, acreage homes and the warehouse corridor.
Cities and Towns We Serve
Coverage is not limited to the names below. Distance affects scheduling more than it affects the price, and the process is identical everywhere: we look at the building, name the product, the thickness and the areas included, and hand you a written scope with the number on it.
Don't see your city? Call (320) 232-7137 and we will tell you whether we cover your address.
Common Questions
What areas do you serve?
United Spray Foam and Insulation covers Central Minnesota, Eastern Minnesota and the Northern Twin Cities. That runs from the St Cloud metro and the Brainerd lakes area, east through Milaca, Princeton, Mora and Cambridge, and down the Interstate 94 and Highway 10 corridors to Elk River, Monticello, Rogers and Anoka.
My city is not listed. Can you still help?
Very likely. The cities on this page are where our crews work most often, not the boundary of the area we cover, and we take projects in the communities between them all the time. Call and we will tell you honestly whether your address is in range.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free and given in writing, with the scope, the product, the thickness in inches and the price confirmed before any work begins.
Is there a wrong time of year to have insulation done?
No. We work through all four seasons. A Minnesota building loses heat in January and gains it through the roof in July, and the same air sealing and insulation handles both, so the work is worth doing whenever it suits you.
